Carpe Diem – the name says it all. Take advantage of your stay in Maibrunn to enjoy finest Mediterranean cuisine with its herbs, spices and flavours fulfilling the culinary promise of our feel-good hotel. In the afternoon we serve cake from our in-house pastry shop with coffee or tea specialties, in good weather also on our beautiful terrace with a wide view over the valley.
Atmospheric stage for delicious preparations from the kitchen. Wood-paneled walls, warm colours, comfortable benches and typical rustic tables in our Restaurant Ludwig II are ideal settings for cheerful hours. The Ludwig II has ten tables and seats about 40 people. Due to its location in the building it is ideal for your parties and celebrations.
Our cosy tavern with a tiled stove, all-round benches, floor boards and rustic tables. We offer good Bavarian food and the venison on the menu is from our own deer park. Our Berghotel landlady Anna Miedaner is also owner of a hunting ground right behind the hotel area.
Finest Bavarian cuisine and home-made cakes are served on our terrace with its fantastic view over the Bavarian Forest. We have sunshine all day from breakfast to the Maibrunn “Brotzeit” (Bavarian snack) until dinner. Enjoy Bavaria in the typical Bavarian way: In the heart of nature.
For over 200 years, this small small farmhouse with landmark status stood on a clearing close to the Pröller ski area. Anna Miedaner had it dismantled and reconstructed - true to the original - only 100 meters from the hotel´s entrance in its natural surroundings.
