In August, our alpine hut will be transformed into a pop-up restaurant.
For one week, Max & Johannes will be cooking with friends from different culinary backgrounds.
The “FREINDAL” WIRTSCHAFT shows what gastronomy could look like in the future –
conceived, planned, and executed together – by and with chefs from very good restaurants.
