The Maibrunn vacation insurance
We normally charge for the cancellation of a booking. This is a process that always causes annoyance and frustration, especially if you have already been affected by an accident. That's why it's better to book our Maibrunn vacation insurance when you book.

You can't come?
In general, it is possible to cancel your room reservation up to 4 weeks before arrival, except in the period from 26.12.2024 to 08.01.2025 and during the Gäuboden festival and carnival - in this case a cancellation is possible up to 8 weeks before arrival. If you cancel after this time, we will have to charge you 60% of the price for half-board bookings and 80% for breakfast-only bookings. We therefore recommend our travel insurance.

Specials, beauty and massage appointments
Unfortunately, unused services from booked specials cannot be refunded. Beauty and massage appointments can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. We regret that we will have to charge 50% of the price for cancellations at short notice. If the prices printed in your booking confirmation differ from the price list due to a calculation error on our part, the prices according to the current hotel price list, which you can download using the following link, always apply.
